James is a local Galway man, who worked for a leading commercial Gym in Galway for over 3 years. At this gym James was assistant manager, class instructor and leading personal trainer to many of the clubs members. James joined the Unique team back in January 2010 and hasn’t looked back since. James completed his training over 3 years ago and has a certificate accredited by the University Of Limerick
James is a keen participant in many sports including Rugby, Gaelic football and golf. A member of the Connacht rugby academy for 3 years from the age of 19, where James came to grow his appreciation for exercise and the way its effects and the body. He also played football to a high level with the highlight of his career being the captain of the Connacht Football under 17 Australian touring side in 2001 which won all 6 international games.
